Shipping Information

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Some library and large format wines may take longer. If you require delivery on a specific date, please contact our concierge to make arrangements 707-944-8642 or email wineconcierge@ledefamilywines.com.

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine, and wine shipments must be signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older. For these reasons, we suggest shipping to a business address. Returned shipments will be charged return and reshipment fees.

Shipping Schedule

We ship wine on non-holiday Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, and do not deliver on weekends. To maintain the integrity of our wines, and to avoid having your wine spend a weekend in a warehouse, we ship 2-day for all shipments outside of California.

Weather Holds

In an effort to protect your investment, we monitor weather throughout the country on a daily basis and do not ship during times of extreme temperatures. This may result in a delay in receiving your wines.
