Our Anderson Valley appellation bottling of Pinot Noir is composed of the three premier vineyards we source from and is meant to capture the essence of the region’s Pinot Noir style. The nose is rich with aromas of black cherry, pomegranate, boysenberry, and rose petals. In the mouth, flavors of dark fruit, cocoa, and spice punctuate a refined palate that is lifted with pleasant acidity and elegant tannins.

Vineyard Notes
The grapes were sourced from premier vineyards in the Anderson Valley, including the Savoy, Ferrington, and Wendling vineyards, located at opposite ends of the valley. This wine is 100% Pinot Noir, made of a blend of select clones including Pommard, Mt. Eden, Martini, and Dijon.
Production Notes
The components of this blend were harvested in a series of picks beginning on August 25th at an average of 23° Brix. It was fully destemmed and, after a three-day cold soak and a nine-day primary fermentation, peaking at 88F and pressed immediately at dryness. The wine aged for 14 months in 60-gallon French oak barrels, 18% of which were new.
